This privacy notice is intended to describe our overall privacy and data protection practices and tells you how we, G-Octopus, a Cathie Associates company, uses Personal Data of prospects, clients, suppliers and website visitors.

Under what purposes and legal basis do we process your Personal Data?

For us to ensure that we can fulfill your request promptly and accurately we need to collect personal data to direct your enquiry to the appropriate person within G-Octopus and to be able to respond back to you. In any event, we are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for this purpose, and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy. Will G-Octopus share my Personal Data with anyone else?

We may pass your Personal Data on to third-party service providers contracted to G-Octopus  in the course of dealing with you.
